Oooh La La Gossip Girl! ♥

Remember in the episodes of Sex & the City titled: An American girl in Paris & thinking Carrie your so LUCKY! The fashion, the city, the food, the men!!?? Well for those of you who have not seen SATC or are too young to know what it is, then Gossip Girl is defiantly this generations equivalent to SATC, & that envious moment will be experienced at the beginning of season 4. Instead of it being one girl all alone in Paris, its two American girls enjoying the city (with most likely A LOT of drama & gossip) and by the looks of it GG season 4 will be as fashion packed as any SATC episode or movie.

Personally I CANNOT choose who's outfits I prefer. Blake Lively aka Serena Van der Woodsen shows off her stunning figure and 'those' legs in some gorgeous outfits that would make Carrie Bradshaw envious. From incredibly hot (& short) hot pants, to high waisted flared trousers Blake does fashion effortlessly (grrrr!!) & looks every inch the chic Parisian fashionista.

Leighton meanwhile channels a much more quirkier edge to the normally very preppy style of Blair Waldorf. Her outfits use a number of bold colours and prints- noticeably the Moschino cherries & apples shirt & skirt combo that some may say look a little too much, however I LOVED the frilly/girly structure to the outfit. However the thing that Leighton's character does so well? With out a doubt-evening dresses & I was not disappointed. The fabulous orange Oscar de la Renta dress completely captures the 'city of love' element that Paris offers (however I'm not sure on the fuchsia clutch) & the black encrusted dress looks chic and oozes Blair.

So over all I'm loving both characters styles & I would defiantly take different outfits from each character and adapt it to my style. Who's your favourite GG?

I am really looking forward to the new season and what makes GG, well Gossip Girl!

If I was an English girl in Paris I would LOVE to be there with Chuck aka Ed Westwick ♥ & by the looks of things he survived the shooting at the end of the last season, however knowing the show they might put some spin in the storyline where Chuck is actually dead (though PLEASE MAY THAT NOT HAPPEN!!)

So what can I say? Je t'aime Gossip Girl

The Big 20

On the 9th August I shall be leaving my teen years behind me and entering into my twenties, wooooowwww this is scary!!! :S When I used to think of becoming a teenager I thought of those classic teen movies, the ones like mean girls or grease. The idea of growing up with your closest girl friends, going to house parties, shopping at the weekend, staying in bed till late, falling in love, your first kiss all of this ideas of teenage life made me become soooo excited about becoming a teenager at the age of 12.

Now I'm hoping that my twenties are going to be like a series of Sex & the City!!

But what have i really learnt from these years? Well A LOT is the answer!

I think over the last 10 years I have done a complete 360. I still am the same geeky girl i was when i was younger, I still read endless amount of literature, still have an obsession with teddy bears and I'm still very awkward in social situations. But I have gained a lot more self belief- I did not think that anybody could get me to perform on stage, unless the promise of a life time supply of chocolate was included, I have found my style- going through the whole chav stage in the early 2000's, defiantly taught me that chunky gold hooped earrings and shredded combat trousers DID NOT work!! And I believe that going through bullying and losing friends has shaped me for who I am.

So I'm sad to leave my teenage years behind me, but I'm glad that it is behind me. There is so much more to look forward to in the next 10 years (hopefully!)

So after that mega deep and meaningful intro here's what I need help on! I HAVE ZERO IDEA WHAT TO DO FOR MY BIRTHDAY!!!!

I know on my actually day i want to just have a BBQ with my family and maybe go to the beach? BUT I don't know what to do with my friends :S Well here's the thing I have maybe a few people from work who I wanna go out for drinks with + my bf + my 2 bessies + 3 friends but do you all think that's enough people to go out for drinks/cocktails with? (this all comes down to the whole I need loads of friends to make me look popular and for the night to go well!) Do you guys think that's OK? or what did you do for your 20th?

ALSO: WHAT DO I WEAR!!!!!

OK So if you guys could help I would be sooooooo grateful!

OOOO Yer btw I'm on my new mac ;) LOVE it!!! & I'm sorry for the lack of post, gonna be more from now on.

Much Love
